Massive Billing Issue
I returned my TV cable box about 11 years ago, sometime in 2014. Iv had auto-bill set up for the last 11 years and just pays month by month. Little did I know when I sent back my cable box they never cancelled my cable!!! I have been being charged around 57 dollars for the past 11 years every single month! This is a gross scam, my cable should have been cancelled the day I returned the box; I have been being charged for some service I didn't have nor use! Each phone call results in a representative issuing a service request, than the service request gets cancelled by someone saying it cant be resolved or approved and the ticket gets closed. I should be getting a refund upwards of $7000 dollars for the charges they have put on my account for a service I have returned and cancelled but have been being charged for! Please help and let me know if anybody else has this same problem, I have seen others being charged for services they do not have or use.

Generally, you have 120 days to dispute your balance. Also, we don't close accounts when someone returns a cable box. Our services can be used without a cable box when you have smart TVs and streaming devices. You must reach out to us to disconnect your services.
