Marquee, Starz, MoviePlex

It was recently stated in the bill that the Starz channels and MoviePlex (which I did watch) will be dropped from my two year deal, with no price decrease.  On top of that, will now need to pay an additional $6.20 for the Marquee network, which I will never watch.  Apparently, when channels are added the price goes up, but when channels are removed the price remains the same.  The Marquee network should have been added to a sports package, as opposed to being forced on everyone.  Why should everyone be forced to pay for a network primarily created for a single team?

In this day it is necessary to keep the internet service, but before my deal ends will look into other ways to receive the channels I normally watch.

I'd like to add that I'm not stating this is all Comcast's doing, as the networks have plenty of blame themselves.  In the end it will hurt both: Comcast will continue to lose customers as will the networks themselves (for exmaple, anything I might move to would not include Marquee). If it eventually boils down to an app per channel (or set of channels) then I'll simply take what the ol' rabbit ears can deliver.  Marquee - please return my $6.20 monthly fee (I don't recall any pro teams hurting for cash).  Comcast - reduce my bill when channels are removed.  Thanks!

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.
