Mariner's Channel Ripped From Me!!!!!

I am a long time customer!  I use to watch the Mariners games, but per customer service,  Root was taken away!!!!  I had no warning!!! 

I pay over 35 dollars for Sports broadcasting PLUS a fee for Regional Sports!  I get plenty of access to hockey, basketball, soccer which I could care less about!!

The customer support person said I need to upgrade my service to get the Mariners!  I Do Not need 700 plus stations!!!

I cannot believe how I'm being treated...a long time customer.

Hello @user_5j8l2h I can completely understand your frustrations. No one wants to have unexpected changes with their services.

Xfinity typically notifies customers at least 30 days in advance of any changes, with some channels being noted 60 days in advance. Xfinity provides notifications about channel lineup changes in several ways, including by mail, on-screen alerts, and through the Xfinity app. To find Xfinity channel changes, you can check your billing statement (usually a month in advance).
