Many days trying to add Unlimited data add-on to my account without success

Hello all:


I did try many times to add Unlimited add-on to my plan but allways getting "Temporarily unavailable
The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.", which a little contradict Comcast statement that it is avaliable for all plans with cap.


I try to use Xfinity chat - but was not able to connect with real human (and robot a little stupid and do not know answer 😞 )


What is the best route to get it added?


I do not really understand why doing this should involve human when it just should be change in plan - but whatever reason it is what it is.

I am also interested in signing up for the $30/month Unlimited Data plan.

A quick search of the forums leads me to believe that there are many people who want to add this to their plan but are having no luck. One user rectified this issue by PMing a Comcast rep, however this appears to be against policy.


Comcast, please provide the ability for us to sign up for this plan.

I have been trying multiple days and hours and different ways. I called and waited on hold only to get disconnected after 30 minutes. This happened several times. The virtual assitant is uesless. How hard is it to sign up for Unlimited Data package? It's kind of feels like they don't want you to sign up or make you really work to sign up. Gonna start comparing other services.
