May I please use my visa Gift card to make a payment of $60.00 to restore my service

Please may I use my visa Gift card to make a one time payment of $60.00 to restore my service I have no bank card at this time

We would not be able to determine if a $60.00 payment is sufficient to restore services on your account, but we do have dedicated billing specialists who can assist with this.  The $60.00 Visa Gift Card should be sufficient to make a one-time payment, as long as the card is activated and ready for use. 

To make a payment: 

• Call us at 1-800-xfinity and follow the automated prompts to pay using an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from a valid savings or checking account with a U.S. bank.

• Visit an Xfinity Retail Store to pay using one of our Xfinity Self-Service Kiosks, which accept the payment methods listed above, plus cash and traveler’s checks.
