Made payment arrangements and was still cut off
I had been granted an extension to pay my past due balance from June by July 23rd. I ran into problems with autopay and my bank account and opted to take the $10 hit extra per month to my bill. After paying that, I set 2 payment arrangements for these next 2 weeks to cover the past due amount for July. I usually have no problem doing this, especially when the arrangements are made before the end of the month charges are due. My account clearly shows the arrangements that are set, chosen from the calendar days the app allowed me to pick from. To add insult to injury, I am cut off from speaking to an agent in the chat and am stuck in an endless loop of AI telling me to pay my bill. I am still a customer and should be allowed to speak to a real person.
Please assist. I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years at this point and even if I'm late, I pay my bill and all the fees.
