Made payment arrangement still no service

Hello so last week October 3rd I made a payment arrangement and Xfinity assistant told me I could make my arrangement before the 18th of October and service will be restored. So I did that and it was turned off again today. I made several more arrangements through the Xfinity anssistan getting a confirmation email each time, and even paid $50 to see if that helped and service is still not restored. It shouldn’t have been turned off in the first place with my payment arrangement being made last week. It’s been 3 hours since I made the first arrangement. I keep waiting and trying but nothing is happening.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

I’m having the same issue made my partial payment of $50 and service is still disconnected please help
