Made a Payment Using Apple Pay

I made a payment for the Xfinity bill using Apple Pay and my internet still hasn’t turned on, and the money already left the account, I contacted support they told me to contact the bank when I contacted the bank I was told to contact xfinity again so at this point I’m going in circles.
