Lying about my payments!
I made a payment beginning of March and I have not had any issues, fast forward to today, my internet stopped working, I login to see them wanting to charge me ( total bill) almost $400 & saying I havent paid since Feb 28th. The agent i talked to through the app says she doesnt see a payment when in fact I did pay because it shows on my bank statement. They wont turn services back on until the bill is paid. this is so wrong!!!

Hello @user_l53wdh, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you’re going through this; it’s completely understandable why you’d feel upset and frustrated in this situation. Making a payment and then being told it doesn’t exist, especially when you can clearly see it on your bank statement, is incredibly stressful. To help me better understand what may have happened, could you let me know how you made the payment? Was it through the Xfinity app, the Xfinity website, by mail, or at an Xfinity Store?
