Loyalty discounts NOT
It’s a long time Xfinity customer I was amazed to be shut down when I requested some type of loyalty discount. I wasted a substantial amount of time only to be asked if I wanted to move my cell phone or home security business to Xfinity, sign up for Xfinity rewards, or even sign up for some kind of special government low income assistance. I am thoroughly disgusted with their “we’re Xfinity we don’t have to care attitude.”

Well, the official word is that there is no loyalty discount. Period.
They point out that they do have a rewards program. After reviewing this program I can’t find anything of value for us.
Since there’s no loyalty, we’re going to check out Xfinity’s competitors. Perhaps they’ve got better customer service than the Post Office or the IRS (or Xfinity).
