loyalty discounts for over 41 years as customer

user_bs9op7 I'm unsure of any form needed for loyalty discounts. Normally when you roll off a promotion if there is a loyalty discount afterwards it's applied automatically and you are notified via email when that happens. Also new promotions come available for you from time to time you can sign up for at any point. Xfinity Rewards does require signing up for if you haven't already, but that is done through the website or Xfinity app at anytime you like. Did they give any other details about what the form mentioned would do for you?
