Loyalty Discount

My loyalty discount expired and my monthly bill went from $36 to $95. Why would a "loyalty discount" expire when I had no intention of changing internet provider until my charge increased? Is there any way to have the discount applied to my account again? Otherwise this may be out of budget and I would need to look for a different internet provider.

Hello, @user_3d020d thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question regarding why would a loyalty discount expire. Like promotions, loyalty discounts are only good for a certain time period (from experience typically 1 year). They are outlined on your statements during the life of the discount, here is a helpful article that shows how to view your statements either online or through the Xfinity App to be able to see the discount time frame: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

I completely understand with the increase in the billing, wanting to look at a more budget friendly option and appreciate you wanting to explore options before looking at a new provider. I can help with an account review, but will need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
