loyalty discount not applying
I was informed that my promotional 2-year deal was coming to an end, and my bill would increase by almost double. I then received an email stating that I was eligible for a loyalty discount, which would add a $50 credit to my account. As of now, it is not reflected in my statement, and my bill is still double what I was previously paying. Anyone else having a similar problem, and are there any solutions?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
