Loyalty Discount- Not applied

Hello, I was previously receiving the student discount on my $79 a month plan which expired on 9/15/25. I was emailed that I would receive a $54 a month loyalty discount for the next 12 months after my student discount expired. However, on my bill for this month, I am being charged a total of $94 which includes a $25 add-on for xFi Complete which I do not want.

I should be charged only $25 for the next 12 months. Can you please make this change on my account before my bill is due on 10/17/25.
