Loyalty Discount Gone?

Hello, I was talking with the chat bot and it said that my bill increased $65 from last month due to no longer having a loyalty discount. It provided a few reasons as to why one would lose that discount and none of them applied to my account. I'm trying to understand A. Why I was cut off and B. Why all of the plans are forcing a mobile phone. All I want is internet, make it cheaper and drop the phone.

From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
