Loyalty customer discount...

Hello,

I hope you are doing well today.  I am doing alright, but I do feel the need to reach out and hopefully an xFinity employee will chime in with feedback.

I have been a customer for 25+ years having phone, TV, and Internet.  Obviously over the years the prices have gone up, so that's nothing new.  But I have heard about a 5 year price guarantee for some customers, but sadly long time customers are not eligible for this package deal.  I echo what many others have said before me, that the good discounts are not available to current customers, and apparently that goes the same for customers who have been with Comcast for decades.  I am troubled by this, and although I am only one customer out of likely hundreds of thousands or more, but I feel this does an injustice to many years-long customers of your corporation.

It is hoped that senior level management reads the forums, and perhaps might chime in to allow a humble customer like me an opportunity to get the same deal or better that a "new customer" receives.  Is this too much to ask?  I do hope that it isn't.

I spend a few hundred dollars each month and that adds to thousands of dollars a year.  Please help!
