Loyal Customers, higher prices...

Hello,

I have been a loyal customer for many years, in my area Xfinity is advertisin inneviatblyg 1 Gig Internet for $50 yet I am unable to get that price and instead I am paying $70 for half the speed and it will go up to $89 in a couple of months.

When I tried to sign up for that promotion I am told that I do not qualify for that price, it seems that you would want customers to continue to hop providers just  to get the "New Customer" deals. Quantum Fiber is offering a 1 Gig up/down speed for $55, I really do not want the hassle to switch but will have to consider it which will also make me switch my TV service since it will inevitably go up in price if I cancel Internet service.

Is there anything you are willing to do retain a long time customer and make me feel like you actually value my business?

I would appreciate a prompt response.

Thank you,
