Good luck with that. I am absolutely done with Xfinity. I've tried to cheapen the bill so many times it's ridiculous, and each time it's a nightmare. Their very own chat gave me a plan and price, yet my bill creeped up. When I called and asked, I was told me chat was wrong, the price they gave me was a partial amount, yada yada. Last time I called, they told me they could save me $2. Chat does one thing, the phone customer service (if you can call it that) does a whole other thing. The stores are worthless. Did you know they put you on a "zoom call" for billing? Absolute joke. My internet drops out everyday, streaming on the computer doesn't work, and I'm paying through the nose for this. I'm looking into alternate internet and TV options. I'm sick of the gouging, lying, cheating, stealing, and garbage service. I can't wait to cut the Xfinity tentacles.
