lowering bill

I dont use dvr or voice at all. I cant afford current bill. I just got a notification on upgrade. I never agreed to this. Can someone help?

Sorry, we recently changed the name from peer to peer to "Direct Messaging." The chat icon you want to click is that window/box left of the notification bell. Sorry about the confusion. Look forward to helping you.
