lowering bill cost
I noticed that my bill keeps increasing every month -- almost $30 just since the start of the year. After reviewing my statements, I see that I lost a promotional discount of $18.00, which was for 12 months and ended in June. Are there any new promotional discounts that can be applied to my account for the next year? As someone who lives alone and pays for everything herself, this is becoming costly, and every little bit is helpful.
And I wish to keep my current services -- I spoke with someone through the Xfinity chat function about this, and they tried to offer an entirely new plan that comes with a free phone. I'm just looking to see if there are any new discounts available (I've been a steady customer for over three years) or just any simple ways to lower the cost a bit that won't change the entire plan.
Thank you!!

Hi there, @Sammib1012! You are at the right place to look at plan options. We want your package to be a perfect fit for your household needs and at the lowest possible rate. You are in good hands! We can look to see if there is a discount that can be applied to your current plan. If that is not possible, we can look at our new plan options to keep you at the same level of service. The mobile line at no cost for 1 year is a great deal but optional and not required. We like things at your fingertips so you can also look at plan options and make changes by signing in at our handy Plan Builder, https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder.
