Lower wifi rate

My roommates and I signed up last year for wifi at $40/month.  Now that it has been a year, it is going up to $70/month, but there is a new Xfinity deal available for new customers to get the $40/month rate with a 5 year guarantee.

We would like to stay with Xfinity at the $40/month rate, but we have shopped around and see the T-Mobile and Spectrum are also offering wifi deals in our area.  So, before we drop the service,  we would like to see if you will give us the 5 year deal to keep us as customers.

Thank you.

Hi user_3wstrc, thank you so much for your time as a member, and thank you for taking the time to post here in our Xfinity Community forum. I will be happy to look at options with you for a new plan. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a new customer plan, but we do still have some options that are priced at a competitive rate, and we can see what is available, and what you like.
