Lower my bill

My monthly bill is $248 for internet and one cable box. No premium channels.    I have called and made appts.   Have been told cannot lower under $211. Another told me to cancel cable and just use your internet. New customers do not pay these prices!  Help me

My monthly bill was just increase 34.6% with no prior indication it would take place.  I am a senior citizen and a veteran, how do I get my bill payment reset to what it was prior to the increase?

@user_01avm9​  I was on chat for 3 hours.   They tried to sell me more and finally said they could not lower my bill more than $30!!

So this forum did not help me one bit.    One xfinity employee in a store front actually told me to cancel my cable and get a streaming service!
