Lower my bill
My bill went up by $21, but my services are the same. Apparently, some promotion I had expired. I have called and called, chatted and chatted to see about getting the promotion back. But, no luck. What can I do to lower my bill back to what it was?

@user_880fef, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. You can check out new promotions by going to Xfinity.com or by using the Xfinity App. If you are having trouble finding what you need, feel free to send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
