Lower my bill please

Hello, I was able to get help in this forum 4 years ago. I’d like to get some help again please, my bill in two months has gone from $55 to $60 to $78 for just the fast internet. I have my own modem and require no other services. Please contact me to help lower this monthly charge.  Thanks very much.
