LOWER MY BILL! I'm being overcharged!

I've been trying to lower my outrageous bill of $92 for internet and the BASIC cable plan. I've contacted Xfinity assistant, and I was transferred to 3 different agents and the third agent won't even type anything. A friend of mine pays more than $20 less than I do, and they live less than 10 minutes away for the same plans. Horrible service! This is so annoying!

I’ve been trying to reduce my bill after the 25% increase and the website crashes or keeps changing the prices of the lower plans. Gotta love this corporate greed and the consumers getting nothing in return!
