Lower monthly bill

I am caring for an elderly parent and would like Comcast to review the account and provide some assistance in lowering the monthly cost.

Good morning user_3po04v. Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with reviewing and lowering the cost of your parents account. I know how important it is to care for our loved ones and to keep their best interest. My mother-in-law lives with us to assist her with day to day needs, and it's been an amazing experience having her here while my little guys are growing up. I know it can be a challenge to manage our own accounts, I'm happy to help you out for your parent. The one hiccup we might find is if you are not an account manager. For account security, only the primary account holder and account managers are able to make account changes. If needed, here's a link for the steps to add an account manager. 

Please send us a direct message with your parents name, your name and the service address. I'm happy to look into our options.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
