Lower bill

I think $330 a month for internet and cable is insane. 1 person. 2 T.V boxes. The only premium channel I have is HBO. No gaming. No major internet usage. Went to Xfinity to lower my bill. Sales associate was 100% worthless. Told me I could only save $8 a month if I resigned a contract. I have been a long time Comcast customer. I will be canceling my service next month and going with YouTube T.V and AT&T wi-fi. Saving over $150 a month.

@XfinityVictor​ it shouldn't be complicated to send a DM. Yet another reason people are leaving Xfinity for YouTube and DirectTV. Going in person and being told I can only save $8. Constantly being asked who my mobile is with. I can say 1000% I would NEVER switch my mobile to Xfinity.!!!!!!!!!! Not after the customer service I've had....and not after my bill going up consistently. For stupid stuff that most people go in and complain about and get erased off their bills. I know people that have gone in and complained about prices and get a lot of money taken off and I get  $8.00. And I'm a platinum member. Insane. And my own fault for not canceling. It's sad that the only customers that get deals and good prices are new customers. Long time customers get nothing. So I am going to skip the DM option and cancel next month like I said. It's not worth the effort.
