I qualified for the discount. How do I add it to my account to actually receive it?

The discount for low income household. I was told to fill out an application. I did that. They said I qualified, and I font know what to do from there to add it to my account.

Thanks for clarifying! The next step would be to apply with us. You can fill out the application here. Simply select "how to apply", and open the "I am an Xfinity Internet or internet essentials customer" tab. You will see a Start ACP enrollment option there. Let me know if this helps.
