lost channels
Several months ago i lost a lot of the channels that I had been used to having. I was told that xfinity was working with the company that supplies those and hoped to have them back shortly.
This hasn"t happened. I was also told I would receive a discount of $39 per month until these channels were back. That only lasted one month and now I am paying the same amount and still
don"t have the channels back. Xfinity is ripping off customers such as myself because we are paying the same price and not getting the same channels. i request a refund for the months I"ve been without those channels and request that my bill be lowered until they are back
