Lost account since 8/2025. Misti S. Refuses to return my calls

I had internet only at my address in Lithonia 12/2024. I purchased a cellphone from Xfinity 4/2025. Worst decision. I moved at the end of 8/2025. For an entire month they couldn't find any to install my internet in Fayetteville. When I went to turn in the equipment. I mentioned this to someone at the store. They scheduled someone that Sunday. Instead of him transferring my existing service he started a new account. I didn't know this at the time. I also didn't know at the time that my cellphone was linked to the same account. When I went to pay my cellphone in September they couldn't find my account. I didn't even have an account number. I was getting ready to go out of the state and they were going to turn off my phone. I had made countless calls only to get more frustrated with each call. My bill was supposed to be only $40 a month. They said that I hadn't paid my bill for four months. This wasn't true. I had the phone number of Ty in the resolution department. I left countless messages for him, because he is the one who sold me the phone he never returned any of my calls. I then started calling and pressing similar extension number trying to get anyone to help. I found some one who was willing to find someone to help. I received a call from Misti in Xfinity mobile executive resolution department. She told me that I didn't have to pay anything until 12/25. I got a bill 11/25 for double the amount I was supposed to pay only $40 a month. The bill was over $80. I have been trying to contact Misti since 11/2025 or anyone  in her department. I received a call asking me to pay $2. and some odd cents. They said that Misi couldn't credit the taxes. Now I'm receiving a message via text and email regarding an unpaid amount of $135.65. I called and I was told that I don't owe anything additional. The email says that my phone was turned off on 12/14/2025. Unfortunately it doesn't have an account number. I think this is the lost account. Misti started another account and the old account is just lingering. My account simply should have been transferred. All of this because I moved. I don't want this on my credit report. I thought that Ms. Misti handled this. She told me that she found my account that it has several zeros in front of it. How to Send Us a Direct Message:
