Looks Like Something Went Wrong. Please Reload The Page And Try Again

It has been 2 months I cannot pay my bills because the payment page keep error when I trying to pay. I have tried with many different devices but it still error when loading the website

user_capk4a We do have several payment options https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat and one great way is to use our Xfinity app as it's easier in my opinion to do payments. Are you seeing this issue with other parts of the website?
