Looking to lower my internet bill

I need help looking at options to lower my internet bill.. The build your custom plan never loads for me to try and see what else is available. I'm frustrated with how expensive it has become and would like to know if there are any other options, as I regularly receive offers from other companies with much lower plan rates.

Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address. Now that we have this tracked, feel free to use the same direct message opened earlier. 
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
