Looking to Lower my bill

I am looking to lower my bill. I was in a contract for 2 years at a rate, then a couple months ago, it jumped $20 (I am out of the 2 year contract). I have this new rate for a year and it will then jump another $20 or $30 again after this year is up. Verizon just FIOS just came into my town. They have a great opening offer that is a little cheaper, and the rate is locked in for 5 years without a contract, plus offers fast and supposedly more reliable service.  I have been with Xfinity for many years, so I don't necessarily want to switch. is there something we can do to lower my bill?

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, user_a43ktp! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I would be happy to look into all options for your services to have the best rate as I know it's important for my househodl too. Can you please send us a DM?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
