Looking to lower Internet Bill or Change Providers

Hello 

I have been an xfinity customer for a long while and I am usually happy with the service, but this month my promotion ended and my bill went up 50 a month.  2 years ago I had to switch from the 1.2 speed to the 1000mbps plan for 75.  After that year promotion I was able to switch back to the 1.2 for 94 a month, and now my bill went to 144 for the 1.2 plan.  I can switch back to the 1000 plan for a discount of 34 with a new agreement which  makes the new price of the lower speed package 16 dollars more than I was just paying for the 1.2 mbps plan.  I can not understand how you could increase these plans so significantly and I want to know if there is anything else you can offer or I will be forced to switch to another provider.

I havent tried plan builder bc I only need internet bc I cant afford any of the other features right now.  I also looked at the available promotions under my account and all you want to offer me is deals on phone service.
