@Roger_G

Thanks for reaching out to us,  as a customer myself I know how important it is to get the best rate for the services that fit my household needs.

In most areas the rate you're seeing online is for new customers or existing customers transferring their services to a new address location.

I'll be happy to see what promotional offers we have for your account to get you the best price.

 To get started go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Well unfortunately I had no luck with getting the deal.  Having been with Comcast/Xfinity for 30 years, this is incredibly disappointing that they have none/zip/zero regard for loyalty.  I would really appreciate hearing from a Xfinity executive on why folks like us can't get the same (or at least close) deal.  😡

Hello @Roger_G, we can continue in the DM and escalate your concerns to our executive team. Once in the DM, can you provide us with the best contact number and email where you can be reached? Thank you.

I’m having the same experience. They aren’t willing to lower the cost in any way for current customers. I’ve been with Xfinity for over 20 years and was told in DM that I already have a “fantastic price,” even though my bill is over $200 and keeps going up. I also asked for the issue to be escalated and it wasn’t.

It really doesn’t feel like loyalty matters at all, and it’s disappointing to see new customers get far better pricing while long‑term customers are told there’s nothing that can be done.
