Looking for transaction history from 2018

Hello,

I am looking for billing and transaction history from March 2018 as I believe there is a billing discrepancy that was not raised until now.

I have tried using the app but it only shows details from 2023 to now.

How can I access and get a digital copy of older (2018) to now?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out @user_2qg6ub. I understand why you're having trouble locating those records. For a billing discrepancy dating back to 2018, you've exceeded the standard self-service window. 

Since our online portal only retains the last 24 months of statements, records from 2018 are kept in our archives and must be requested through our specialized Subscriber Record Center.

To begin this process, please email subscriber_recordrequest@comcast.com to request the necessary authorization form for releasing archived data.

Once you receive the form, complete it with your account details and the specific date range required, then fax it to 1-866-947-5587. After submission, a member of that team will call you to verify your identity and finalize the delivery of your historical digital copies.
