Looking for options to reduce costs
A promotion has ended on my account and resulted in a 15-20% increase in cost. I am hoping to speak with somebody about either restoring previous promotion or reducing some of the extraneous features that I don't really use. I tried the online chat feature but was met with "I need more information before terminating your services".

You can start by clicking this link https://comca.st/3qJnWsz. Once you arrive on the page, you will be asked to sign in. You can then view the offers available to you.
