Hello @user_2rkaen, thanks for your comment. When using a third-party email client to access your Xfinity email, you’ll need to enter your Xfinity email password when prompted for the IMAP password. If you’re unsure of your current password, you’ll need to reset your Xfinity password before you can successfully sign in and access your email. Have you tried logging into your Xfinity email from the Xfinity site to make sure the password is correct?
