Looking for assistance with current 1 Gig plan pricing and unlimited data.

Hello, I am a customer in Chico currently paying $100 for 1 Gig. I’m looking to see if I can move to the $70/month 5-Year Price Guarantee that includes Unlimited Data. I'm exploring local fiber options but would prefer to stay if we can get this rate. Thank you!

Basically I was told I can’t get a lower price, that’s only an option for new customers. Xfinity is over priced and goes down way too much, will be switching to Race fiber optic as soon as it’s in our area this summer.

I did that already and was told there are no options to lower my bill by an official Xfinity employee.

Like I said I already did all this, and was told the price can’t be lower. So I’ll be switching to Race once it is available this summer.
