Long-Time Internet Customer Seeking Loyalty Pricing for 400–500 Mbps

I’m a long-time Xfinity internet-only customer using my own modem. I’ve been paying approximately $35/month for 400 Mbps, and I’m now being offered 300 Mbps for $40/month, including the autopay and paperless billing discount.

I don’t want to pay more for slower service. I’d like an official Xfinity representative to review my account for any available loyalty, renewal, or retention offers that would let me keep at least my previous speed for $35/month or less.
