Long-term customer, rate increase, requesting plan review

Hi Xfinity Support,

I've been a customer for almost 4 years and have been happy with the service. However, I just noticed that all my loyalty discounts have been removed, and my rate is jumping from $56/month to $114/month starting June 22.

That's more than double for the same service, and I wasn't notified about this change beforehand.

I've heard that existing customers are being offered plans with better speeds at much lower rates, including options with a 5-year price guarantee. I'd love to be moved to something like that, or any comparable offer that makes sense for a long-term customer.

I'd really prefer to stay with Xfinity. Could you please review my account and let me know what options are available?
