Long time customer - promotion expired

Hello,

Long time xfinity customer, it seems my current promotion has expired and I've been enrolled in Every Day Pricing. 

Last year, an Xfinity agent asked me to make another post here when my promotion expired. I'm enrolled in Autopay through Checking and paperless billing.

Could you please review my account and renew the promotion?

 when I sign up for Service though Xfinity didn't know  anything about  promotional my first bill was 64.17 and my second bill was 239.15 and so on 99.99 why is my bill so high I have home voice and internet also and my internet been very slow I do have a lot of devices hook up so that could be I don't like keep paying now my bill went up to 100.07 bucks am sick of this high money ride my bill should at least be 70 are 80 dollars

This link https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service  has great information on our self-service option where you can check on available promotions once you sign into your account. Do you mind going to that link and signing in and see what offers you see available for the services you have and need?
