Comcast has great pricing for Long term customers (Diamond status ). They will stick it to you ! Basically absolutely no discounts to long term customers ! Just compare it to new customers deals / packages ! After more than 20 years with Comcast strongly considering , making steps / switching to ATT / Direct TV . You can get the same service for half price ! Now the direct TV comes via fiber optic cable / no dish anymore ! Maybe if enough people change, Comcast will get the message !

Yep. I know how you feel!!! 20+ year customer and I get the same response. Even with Direct Message all they can do is thankyou for being a loyal customer and then apologize for the price increase for the Internet and Cable TV Package -- Double Play that I have been renewing for all those years. The price went up steadily from 79 dollars to 171 dollars. The latest 171 dollars is their "best" package offer. I tried to go through my account and change the plan to internet only. It wouldn't allow me to do that. No options to just go Internet only route. I then talked to an online sales support and they offered me the Internet only plan for 90 dollars. I told him that I can get the same plan with same download speed and better upload for 60 dollars a month no contract. He then tried to convince me that it was a new customer promotion. After that he closed the connection. I can go Quantum Fiber 500Gb and Youtube TV for price of 130 dollars. What I don't understand is that XFinity is willing to lose my business instead of saving me 30 dollars a month. Hmm losing 30 dollars vs losing 140 dollars.
