Long overdue refund for canceled service

I spoke with Jessa on 7/28/23 for 35 minutes about Xfinity owing me a refund. The phone call confirmation # is 1001662490162090. I canceled all service with Xfinity/Comcast on 4/4/23. My advance monthly payment of $226.77 for 4/12/23 thru 5/11/23 was deducted from my bank account on 4/4/23. I no longer had service during that month. I returned equipment immediately after cancellation. Jessa told me that  the refund of approximately $226.77 would be deposited in my bank account by 8/11/23. I still have not seen the refund. I have tried calling and gotten nowhere on this issue. I am so frustrated that I've decided it's time to call the FCC and The Better Business Bureau, unless anyone has a better suggestion. Thank you!

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
