Lodi Xfinity Store- horrendous customer service
Dear Xfinity Customer Relations,
I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the horrible customer service I received from an employee named David at your Lodi store.
From the moment I walked in, David’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than offering assistance or listening to my issue, he was condescending, unhelpful, and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. His lack of effort to resolve my concern and his rude demeanor reflect extremely poorly on Xfinity’s standards of customer care.
I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for years, and this experience left me genuinely upset and questioning whether I should continue doing business with your company. No customer should ever be treated the way I was. Employees who represent your brand, especially in direct customer-facing roles, should embody respect, professionalism, and patience—qualities that David clearly lacks.
I strongly urge management to review this employee’s behavior and take appropriate action. It’s clear that someone with such disregard for customers should not be representing Xfinity.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed.
