We appreciate you taking the time to meet us here in our community, @user_i1zsem. It sounds like your promotional pricing may have come to an end. I can say we have great offers for 12, 24 or 60 months, but we don't have "for life" offers. We're sorry about the confusion. Your monthly Xfinity billing statement shows your promotions and end dates in green under the Regular Monthly charges > My Xfinity Services. Here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design is a helpful article.

I'd be happy to check into a new promotion for you. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address. I look forward to hearing from you.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

8. Press Enter to send it.
