LMTD BASIC CONVERTER
Starting last month a new charge for $8.85 per month for "Lmtd Basic Converter" has appeared on my billing invoice. It indicates further that this piece of equipment is inactive & should be returned. I have no idea what this equipment is nor why I am now being charged for it. I do have a flex device, but I do not think that what I am being charged for. I tried your tv service for 3 weeks, but canceled and never had any tv/stream equipment. I used the Xfinity app to watch TV during that period. I would like to see that charge remove and make sure it does not continue going forward.
