I have been an Xfinity customer over 15 years and it is extremely frustrating that you force us to use AI chat, no matter how much we say "no". Please provide a phone number that I can talk to a human person or an email address. I would like to discuss ways of lowering my bill. AI chat assistant keeps offering me help to understand my bill I understand it. I need to lower it.
