Live chat isn't working for days now

Trying to contact on live chat, for a call back or a agent to respond on the chat menu has not been working for days now. I need to get in touch with someone ASAP about my bills.

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinitySheila​ What are employees eating lunch when talking to us or something, The agent I'm talking too from direct messaging is barely getting back to my messages.  What kinda of support is this now??

@Quadro, our Direct Message system works a bit differently from a traditional chat. When you send us a message, our team works to get back to you as quickly as possible. You have the flexibility to leave and come back, but you will never be disconnected. You will be receiving a response to your DM shortly.
