Live agent

My service was suspended and I try to speak to a live agent to go over my bill to get my service restored and the Xfinity chat will not allow me to chat with a live agent.

Welcome to the club.  Comcast has the worst, without exaggeration, customer service I have experienced  over the past forty years.  And with no other cable providers in my area, I am stuck paying for services that have not been supplied for the past four months.  Just the worst.

@user_ptwlg1​ I’ve also had an issue with getting to schedule a technician to come out to look at at my cable for about 4 months as well.

With no other cable provider in my area, I am stuck.  Overpriced, under serviced, just a horrible corporation.

Also, Chat Support is a complete fail.  No responses at all to my requests for assistance.  The "support" seems just a window dressing.
